ABOUT US

Faith Base Work Place was created to highlight workplace situations where narcissistic abuse takes place and is overlooked. Personal experiences and stories from other people provided the vision for the company. Through coaching, mentoring, and developing coping skills Faith Base Work Place will provide the tools needed to survive in a work environment with a narcissist. Our apparel line highlights faith, work, and how both can coexist.

Aggressive behavior or abuse in the workplace happens more often than not. Management must be trained and recognize the signs to protect workers at all costs. Some of the managers that display these behaviors need professional help and coaching to change their ways. Changing their ways is easier said than done. Faith Base Work Place believes that in a controlled environment we can help workers deal with the issues of working with a narcissist.

Many victims of workplace abuse do not realize the implications of the abuse. Narcissist supply is a real thing and can have an everlasting effect on people. This form of abuse is not just bad for employees but is equally as bad for the families of these individuals. No one should have to work in a place where narcissists are in control of other employees.

The more Solomon read and studied about narcissists, the more he could see how his life has been dramatically affected by them in both his personal, professional, and work environments. He understood that others might benefit from bringing awareness and letting others know they are not alone if he was dealing with this. Faith Base Work Place’s mission is to shed light so that they feel compelled to speak out about abuse and empower themselves in every area of their lives.
